With aromas of fresh grapes, peach and melon, this Moscato & Chardonnay brings together everything that is great about these two grape varieties.

With its perfectly balanced exotic flavours, this wine would be fantastic with a calamari spicy laksa.  

Description

Vineyard Region: Victoria
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol: 6.5%
Colour: Bright and vibrant in the glass with a lovely green hue.
Aroma: On the nose, it shows lifted aromas of fresh grapes, peach and melon.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is racy and vibrant with tropical notes and balancing acidity.
Peak Drinking: Until 2021

Recommended food pairings: This wine is a great drink on its own with perfectly balanced exotic flavours. It would also be a fantastic with a calamari spicy laksa or why not try it with a ripe brie cheese with fresh melon segments.

Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Murray Valley and Chardonnay from from our Banksdale Vineyard in the King Valley. The grapes were harvested from late February to early April 2019 at baumés ranging from 10.8 to 12.3.

Winemaker: Cate Looney

Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 6.5%, a pH of 3.31 and an acid level of 5.1 g/L.
