Characterised by its racy acidity and intense citrus notes; the Tamar Ridge Riesling truly captures the crisp delicate flavours of our cool-climate vineyard sites in the Tamar Valley.
This Tasmanian Riesling nicely complements a grilled seafood platter with romesco sauce and herb crumbs.

Recommended food pairings: Serve with seafood such as prawns, scallops or delicate white fish and Asian inspired dishes filled with lots of fragrant lemongrass and coriander.
Growing Conditions: Estate-grown Riesling fruit from our Kayena vineyard in the Tamar Valley of Tasmania. The 2019 vintage was excellent across the board and especially for white varietals.
Winemaker: Tom Wallace
Winemaking notes: The fruit was destemmed and split before an hour soaking in the press. The juice was then run-off skins for settling. The clear, racked juice was inoculated with a selected aromatic yeast strain. Ferment was cool, slow and controlled to maximise retention of fruit flavours. It was bottled with an alcohol of 12.5% a TA of 8.4 and a pH of 3.12.
