At our home on the ridge we’ve stirred a collection of makers, creators, innovators and producers – forever inspired by the soil and climate of Tasmania, and always following our noses. From wine to food and all things spirited in between, follow yours and you too will find us – in the heart of the Tamar Valley and on the banks of the Tamar River, just 20 minutes north of Launceston.
Available from 10am – 4pm daily, Tamar Ridge offers 3 unique tasting experiences at our cellar door, with the option to add on a shared cheese plate for two.
Pre-booking essential for groups of +8. Cheese plate includes a trio of local Tasmanian cheeses, quince paste, pickled figs, seasonal fruit, and lavosh.

A wine, spirit + cheese tour with Turner Stillhouse & Tamar Ridge Wines. Includes distillery tour, gin tastings, and guided wine tasting followed by a selection of local Tasmanian cheeses to graze on.
Sometimes our Cellar Door moonlights as a pop-up restaurant – and we know a thing or two about events. Other times, we host seasonal Masterclasses, live music Fridays, or bring the occasional fizz to your Saturdays with Sparkling + Seafood lunches.
