At our home on the ridge we’ve stirred a collection of makers, creators, innovators and producers – forever inspired by the soil and climate of Tasmania, and always following our noses. From wine to food and all things spirited in between, follow yours and you too will find us – in the heart of the Tamar Valley and on the banks of the Tamar River, just 20 minutes north of Launceston.

Weekend Bar Menu

We’ve partnered up with our friends from Hubert & Dan to deliver locally sourced, seasonal produce in curated, tapas-sized dishes that pair perfectly with Pinot Noir.

Opening Hours
Saturday and Sunday from 12 – 3:30 PM.
Pop-up restaurant every second Thursday from 6 PM.
